Your days of blindly choosing a class or compiling a random assortment of exercises are over. With Loa, your classes are intentionally programmed each week by our founder, Dr. Lauren Shelton. Our 4 weekly strength classes hit all of your muscle groups 2x per week, in just about 30 minutes a day.
