I found Lauren through Instagram and did her free trial, and I liked it so much that I’ve  been doing Loa classes for about 6 months. Her stuff really resonates with me- in both high school and college, I did a lot of intense workouts that left me feeling pain. I just  thought this was the norm. Ever since I switched to Loa, I’ve noticed I’ve gotten stronger  and don't have the same pain post-exercise… and my mobility is better too. I also love  that classes are condensed into 30 minutes and every week the classes are different!
