I found Lauren through Instagram and did her free trial, and I liked it so much that I’ve  been doing Loa classes for about 6 months.   • Lauren makes the classes both fun and effective, and the best part is the longest class in the app is about 30 minutes long. I have two kids and a tight schedule so being able to get an effective workout in a short amount of time is key. I love the shorter burst and quick bit classes, only like 15-20 minutes and I feel the burn, in a good way! I LOVE LOA!
